Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CDIT Infotech Private Limited, we offer computer and management training programs (online and offline), web development, software development, and allied IT services. Because the nature of our services involves immediate allocation of instructor time, lab resources, and digital access, we have a clear and firm refund policy outlined below. Please read it carefully before making any payment.
Important: The Registration/Admission Fee of ₹100 is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
1. Training & Course Fees
All course fees paid to CDIT Infotech are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and lab/batch access has been granted. This applies to:
- Classroom-based training programs (all courses)
- Online/live training sessions
- Recorded course material and study resources
- Degree and diploma coaching programs (BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, etc.)
- Short-term certification courses
- Internship programs
Exception — Batch Not Started: If a student requests cancellation in writing before the batch has commenced and before any course material or login access has been provided, a refund of the course fee (excluding the ₹100 registration fee) may be considered at the sole discretion of the management. No interest will be paid on any refunded amount.
2. Web & Software Development Services

All refund requests for web/software services must be made in writing to info@cdit.in within 7 days of the triggering event.
3. Domain, Hosting & VPS Services
- Domain Registration: Non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the registry.
- Web Hosting & VPS: Non-refundable once the hosting/VPS plan has been activated and credentials issued.
- Bulk SMS Credits: Non-refundable once credits have been added to the account.
- Business Email: Non-refundable once accounts have been created.
4. Cancellation by CDIT
In the rare event that CDIT cancels a batch or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollment, force majeure), affected students or clients will be offered one of the following at their choice:
- A full transfer of fees to the next available batch or equivalent service
- A full refund of the fees paid (excluding the ₹100 registration fee)
CDIT will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from such cancellation.
5. Transfer of Enrollment
A student who is unable to continue a course may request a one-time transfer of their enrollment to a different batch of the same course, subject to availability and a batch-transfer fee of ₹200. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the intended new batch start date. Transfer is not permitted after 50% of the course duration has elapsed.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please:
- Email us at info@cdit.in with subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course/Service]"
- Include your full name, enrollment/order number, mobile number, and reason for the request
- Attach proof of payment
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate our decision within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original mode of payment.
7. Disputes
Any dispute regarding refunds or cancellations shall be resolved through mutual discussion in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand, India.
