Access to digital courses and content is granted immediately after payment or as per the course schedule.

Since digital products are intangible and instantly accessible, refunds are not possible once access is provided.

3. Offline Courses & Training Programs

Enrollment fees for offline courses are non-refundable, even if the candidate does not attend classes after registration.

Payments made for website development, software development, domain, hosting, maintenance, or any IT-related services are strictly non-refundable.

In rare cases where CDIT Infotech Pvt. Ltd. cancels a course or service due to unavoidable circumstances, an alternative solution such as:
