1. About Our Services
CDIT provides computer and management training (online and offline), franchise-based training centres, degree/diploma coaching, and IT services including web design, web and software development, domain registration, web hosting, VPS, bulk SMS and related IT-enabled services. Course content, fees, duration, schedules and service scope may change from time to time at our discretion.
2. Admissions & Enrolment
- Admission is confirmed only after the required form is submitted and applicable fees are paid.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of enrolment.
- Students must maintain discipline, attend scheduled sessions and follow institute and centre rules.
- Certificates are issued only on successful completion of course requirements, including attendance and assessments.
- CDIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment for misconduct, malpractice or breach of these terms, without refund.
3. Fees & Payments
- All fees and service charges must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Access to courses, material or services may be withheld for non-payment.
- Fees once paid are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for issues arising solely from the gateway or your bank.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website and in our course material — including text, logos, graphics, study material, software and designs — is the property of CDIT Infotech Private Limited and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.
